- しじつがん【資治通鑑】中国の編年体の通史。 二九四巻。 北宋の司馬光編著。 1084年完成。 紀元前403年(戦国時代の始まり)から五代末の959年までの歴史を膨大な史料を駆使し, 一貫した見識のもとに記す。 書名は君王の政治に資する鑑(カガミ)となる書の意で, 神宗から賜ったもの。
